Twins Paradox

Can either physics.stackexchange thread (one referencing the other) provide a satisfactory answer to the Twins Paradox?  It doesn't appear so to me.

The predictable "possible responses" to a Relativity Challenge are covered in the above threads and additional Google searching has so far resulted in the same.  Truthfully, the satire in Relativity Facepalm may be real.

Lorentz Ether Theory (LET) and a universal coordinate system begin to sound more reasonable than Special Relativity (SR): The Twin Paradox in Special Relativity and in Lorentz Ether Theory
