Twins Paradox

Can either physics.stackexchange thread (one referencing the other) provide a satisfactory answer?  It doesn't appear so to me.

The predictable "possible responses" to this Relativity Challenge are covered and additional Google searching turns up the same.  Truthfully, Relativity Facepalm satire begins to sound reasonable.
