The Door
Jhn 10:7 - Then Jesus said to them again, “Most assuredly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep.
Jhn 10:8 - “All who ever came before Me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them.
Jhn 10:9 - “I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture.
Mat 24:33 - “So you also, when you see all these things, know that it[fn] is near—at the doors!
“And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding; and the door was shut.
Rev 3:7 - “And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write, ‘These things says He who is holy, He who is true, “He who has the key of David, He who opens and no one shuts, and shuts and no one opens”:[fn]
Rev 3:8 - “I know your works. See, I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it;[fn] for you have a little strength, have kept My word, and have not denied My name.
Rev 3:20 - “Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.
“You shall make a window for the ark, and you shall finish it to a cubit from above; and set the door of the ark in its side. You shall make it with lower, second, and third decks
So those that entered, male and female of all flesh, went in as God had commanded him; and the LORD shut him in.
by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh
Then the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom
“And you shall put it before the veil that is before the ark of the Testimony, before the mercy seat that is over the Testimony, where I will meet with you.
“For the LORD will pass through to strike the Egyptians; and when He sees the blood on the lintel and on the two doorposts, the LORD will pass over the door and not allow the destroyer to come into your houses to strike you
Exo 33:9 - And it came to pass, when Moses entered the tabernacle, that the pillar of cloud descended and stood at the door of the tabernacle, and the LORD talked with Moses.
Exo 33:10 - All the people saw the pillar of cloud standing at the tabernacle door, and all the people rose and worshiped, each man in his tent door
“then his master shall bring him to the judges. He shall also bring him to the door, or to the doorpost, and his master shall pierce his ear with an awl; and he shall serve him forever
So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Paul, a bondservant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated to the gospel of God
but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men
