Elon Musk

Who is Elon (meaning)?  With whom does he associate informally?  And, he has no home for the FBI to raid?!?  Seems unlikely that anyone other than an operative with a mission would hold possessions and position so loosely.  Conversations with another (operative?) seem telling.
